Cancellation and refunds

The current SeekVera public beta is free. SeekVera Plus is still in development and is not available to purchase through the website.

If SeekVera introduces a paid subscription, the checkout will state the price, billing frequency, included features, renewal terms and cancellation method before payment.

Where a legal cancellation right applies, checkout will explain it. If you ask for digital service access to begin during a cancellation period, the amount refundable may be reduced for service already supplied, where the law allows. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights.

If you believe you have been charged by SeekVera unexpectedly, email seekvera2026@gmail.com with the account email and payment date. Do not send full card details. We will investigate and correct any confirmed billing error.

Any future subscription price change will be communicated before it applies. It will not change an already-paid billing period.
